ClientEarth Americas 2025 Impact Report

Dear Giving List Community,
As Earth Month invites both reflection and renewed resolve, we’re delighted to share the ClientEarth Americas 2025 Impact Report, now available online.
Thanks to partners and supporters like you—who believe in the power of the law—we’ve advanced bold litigation to hold the most destructive corporate actors accountable: from oil companies walking away from cleanup obligations to financial institutions backing projects that put communities and ecosystems at risk.
This year’s Impact Report reflects the meaningful progress we’ve made together, and the future we’re continuing to build. We hope you’ll take a moment to explore the full report and learn more about the work ahead.

Mission
ClientEarth is an environmental action group with a unique approach: they hold corporations directly accountable in the court of law and the court of public opinion.
Begin to Build a Relationship
We know you care about where your money goes and how it is used. Connect with this organization’s leadership in order to begin to build this important relationship. Your email will be sent directly to this organization’s director of development and/or Executive Director.
I knew I wanted to hitch my wagon to the most impactful environmental organization I could find – and ClientEarth’s unique efforts made me feel confident that they were that group. I like that they are keeping corporations honest, playing by the rules they set out for themselves.
Join the Fight for a Livable Planet
Your support can fund the legal precedents that will hold corporations accountable for environmental damage. A $100,000 gift supports the scoping of a new case launch. A $50,000 gift supports a fellowship for a law school graduate, providing a learning experience for the next generation of lawyers protecting the planet. $25,000 could fund discovery research exposing corporate schemes. Even $5,000 helps build the war chest needed to take on billion-dollar defendants. When ClientEarth wins, they create pathways for hundreds of similar cases – transforming single victories into systemic change that makes environmental responsibility profitable and environmental destruction expensive.
